Services

The approach to scope of work and methodology is through a whole systems (permaculture) functional design lens. Care is taken whenever possible to integrate all biomass into the garden, or via delayed purpose like retaining fallen leaves for compost or mulch. With a primary focus on edible annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees, this allows a garden to generate a yield for the homeowner. Ornamental gardens with non-native pollinators, seasonal color and pottery, and other exotics are also seamed in. Water-wise management, mulching, fertilizing, and non-toxic practices are priority. Specialization includes but is not limited to expert pruning of trees, shrubs, perennials, and roses, along with plant selection, dividing, transplanting, drip irrigation, and compost systems setup.
